"Very well organized! Communication prior to move in day as well as on move in day was above and beyond expectations. Our last years experience with a different complex, not affiliated with Sawyer or it's Corporate side, was a nightmare from move in day to move out! So this was absolutely refreshing! From the office help to the onsite Management all questions were answered in a timely manner and any concerns were resolved expeditiously as well. "After living here for a few weeks, I have no regrets about signing a lease with Sawyer. Management is super friendly and approachable. Maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner. I've met some great friends and love the community. The proximity to campus is amazing in comparison to most other off-campus living options, with my furthest class being about a 25-minute walk. USC has buses that pick me up within steps of the apartment and get me to campus faster if I'm running late. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for a couple of reasons. 1. Trains run 24/7 right outside the apartment and can be super loud sometimes, so if you are a light sleeper, beware. You will also encounter unexpected delays occasionally when they block the roads that lead to campus. 2. The Internet. It's fast when it works, but I've experienced multiple outages and random disconnects since moving in. I'm hopeful it will be more reliable over time, but it seems out of management's control, and I've been in contact with the provider multiple times. Overall, I highly recommend Sawyer on Lincoln and since this is only their first year open, I expect them to be a sought-after off-campus living option next school year."
