"Everyone I dealt with were very nice, and seemed very professional, so this isn't directed at the facility or staff. What I will say is that if you're applying, be aware that they use "Rentgrow" for their screening. I'll say one thing.... 1- Read the online reviews of Rentgrow. By far the worst online rating and reviews I have EVER seen. Zero effort into investigation, or context, and based on my experience, the reviews are correct. Any company that aligns themselves with Rentgrow should be a HUGE red flag."

"I just moved in, but the quick response to any issue and the professionalism of all the staff is top tier. Everyone is friendly, to include the neighbors! I love how close outdoor activities are in relation to the property. And practical places, i.e. grocery store, gas, etc. are in close proximity. Did I mention the amenities of the property?! This was an excellent choice for me and I’d recommend them to others as well!"

"I wish I had listened to the negative reviews before deciding to live here. The office staff is TERRIBLE and they have such a high turnover rate. At move out, they are charging us $600+ for carpet replacement when there was only mild wear and tear due to us residing there for almost 3 years! The grounds are filled with pet waste. They rarely power wash stairwells. There’s barely any view of the lake due to the newly built retirement center however, they continue to raise their rent prices. Very poor customer service from office staff. DO NOT LIVE HERE. THEY ARE CROOKS! There are much better places you could live for the cost. We are seeking legal advice for the charges from move-out."
