"The last time when I was living at riverpoint Towers is when I was married to my beloved husband Daniel Lombardi at apartment 9A in the year of 2000. Let me tell you about my experience and thoughts of being a former tenant of apartment 9A. At that time we had a nice management c r e w and workers that has done a fantastic job. Everyone was doing the work, the building was clean in and out. I have no complaints about this building cuz everyone was doing their job. Workers were very polite and kind. Although in the building you may come across one bad egg that may be annoying but the key to that is to pray for them that they would do the right thing. The building is close to all bus stops and services. You're in the heart of all stores, restaurants, cleaners, beauty salon, mini post office , drug store and a nearby park. It's a beautiful area by riverpoint towers. As for parking I'm sure in the building there are parking spots but you need to consult that with management in the building on the G3 room. Or take your chance to park your vehicle outside the building and told that no one will break into your vehicle. What lures the thieves to break into your car is by leaving valuables in your car and my suggestion is not too."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE! It's cheap for a reason. They are stuck in the 1970s. Management doesn't care about you. The building manager is RACIST. He is a miserable person who loves to impose rules and not common sense. They impose fines for every little thing."

"Nice place to live. Well-maintained, though occasionally money is spent more for appearances than necessity. Fantastic views from higher floors:to the east, all the way to Whitestone Bridge; to the west, New Jersey. Some angles obscured by "more recently" built high-rises. Good pool. Reasonably laundry room. Stark community room. Years (decades?)-long wait for indoor parking. PITA on-street parking. Good access to bus lines; bus ride to subway lines."
