"I absolutely LOVE living at Alexander at Patroon Creek. I have lived here for over 2 years and have personally experienced excellent support for anything needed from the very professional office staff, JESSICA & NICOLE. The building is well maintained and very safe. K. FARER"
"I've lived at the Alexander at Patroon Creek for three years. From the girls in the leasing office to the guys in maintenance everyone is very helpful and nice. There's a convenient app to request work orders where there's a section letting them know you have a pet. I don't know about anyone else but I worry about my four legged fur ball and this rests my mind at ease. Dogs and cats are allowed. And the amenities: Two pools, yes swimming all year round, billiards table, clubhouse, and the very best part -an indoor garage. I no longer worry about huge snowstorms and having to clear my car and the surrounding area of snow. I can't tell you how much of a convenience this is for this aging 50 year old. Thank you Alexander!"
"Jose was great. He painted my ceiling, and cleared a slow drain in my main bathroom. In addition, I let him know about some water damage I found following a fire a few weeks ago and he said he'd make sure the leasing office was notified. He went above and beyond and it's truly appreciated."
"Overpriced apartments. These probably have not been luxury for years due to the constant elevator outages, security system on the doors rarely working, constant fire alarms and evacuations in the middle of the night (atleast every 3 months) , dilapidated, smelly carpet and slow maintenance response. I was embarrassed to have people over due to the hallways. Even the package response went down during my time there. You used to get an email when your packages arrived. I had several food packages spoil due to lack of notification ($150) and was basically told not to depend on them. I requested help with the pigeon infestation on my balcony for over a year. The garages are also infested by pigeons, but they did do a better job of cleaning them once I wrote an email with pictures as evidence to corporate. When they finally did send someone to help fence up my porch so I could use it, I got sick cleaning up all of the feces and there was no accountability from management. I have had lung issues for 4 months and countless medical bills. (Pictures below) When I moved out I was paying almost 3k for a 2 bedroom apartment. My experience has become disrespectful and dismissive which I find sad. I have spoken to other residents who have had the same experience. Move Out: charged $100 dollars because I forgot to clean out the inside of the oven. Charged for carpet replacement because the carpet was last replaced in 2019, when it could have been steam cleaned. The other fees were fair for wall damage. Don't use command hooks. (Move out pictures attached) With that being said, up until the pigeon incident the staff were very nice. I lived there for 2 years and prior to that I could reach them by phone. Mind you, I placed probably 10 complaints about the infestation either by phone, online or in office over the course of 2 Springs. Dean and Nicole were were always helpful and kind. The place has potential but is run down, you are paying for proximity to the highway, university and amenities."
