"I love living in these apartments. It is what it is. Me and my pups are happy here. Dog friendly and most of the neighbors are kind. There is an unspoken understanding that dogs bark especially some that are stressed when left alone. Most of the tenants here have shelter dogs. We are respectful of these stressed dogs and do not complain about "noise" at reasonable times.. If you are not an animal person you should live elsewhere."
