"We spent 4 nights there. I think it was perfect. The room was very clean. The bathroom was very nice and modern. The room was cleaned each day, which I didn't expect. I definitely recommend a balcony room, see pictures. My favorite part was the location. 3 or 5 minute walk to 2 subway stations. The staff was friendly. The hotel was very quiet. I would definitely stay there again."
"It's livable, but definitely not worth the price (we paid $260/night after taxes and fees for a 1BR). Maybe if you can get a better deal or are out of options. The room itself was clean but had visible signs of wear and tear (dinged up dresser, deadbolt lock almost falling off). There was no inner lining in the shower so the cloth curtain absorbed all the water. The staff was friendly and we had no issues during check in or check out. The lobby is also small to non-existent (very strange facade) and the hotel itself is located on a somewhat rundown street. For the pricepoint I'd probably spend a little more next time to stay somewhere nicer."
"The hotel is only a 3-minute walk from the nearest subway station. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Times Square and from there you can change trains to the whole of Manhattan. The reception was always friendly and even kept our suitcases for a few hours after check-out free of charge! Coffee, milk, tea and hot chocolate are free of charge."
"The curtains were in such a dire state that they allowed an excessive amount of light into the room making it almost impossible to rest. The reception desk clerk appeared to be unaware of the curtains being completely torn apart, despite evidence from several reviews spanning several months. Their lack of action in addressing this issue reflects a disappointing level of customer service. On a more positive note, the location is excellent"
"This hotel is decent. Its location is very convenient, being close to three subway stations - N/W, 7, and E lines, making it a perfect option when other hotels in Manhattan are too expensive. The rooms are generally good and well-maintained. However, we did encounter one issue during our stay - the lack of consistent towel service. On two occasions, the housekeeping staff forgot to leave towels in our room, requiring us to go downstairs to request them. The reception had some difficulty finding clean towels and ended up providing us with their "last resort" towels, which had stains on them. Unfortunately, the next night, we faced a similar shortage of towels. Additionally, there was an incident where housekeeping left their disposable gloves in our room. Despite the towel problem, I would still consider staying here again."
