"My recent interaction with one of the garbage collection staff members has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The garbage man on duty displayed shocking rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. I brought a big packaging box to the garbage room today. The garbage man suddenly yelled at me and said I should break the box. Despite the box already being broken, but I still made an effort to flatten it further and tried to be nice. The garbage room was overcrowded with trash, and I struggled to find a suitable place for the packaging boxes. Shockingly, the garbage man provided no assistance or guidance on where to dispose of it, appearing disinterested in helping at all. In an attempt to cooperate, I placed the packaging box near the door, assuming he could handle it after finishing his sorting duties. However, instead of addressing the situation professionally, the garbage man continued to yell at me, falsely claiming that he had given me instructions before (which is entirely untrue). This was the first time he communicated with me, and an apology would have been more appropriate if there was any confusion. What's even more concerning is the consistent negative behavior I've observed from this staff member. Every time I take recycled trash to the trash room, he displays an angry demeanor, making the garbage disposal process unnecessarily unpleasant. As paying residents, we expect a certain level of service and respect. No one should have to endure such unprofessionalism and rudeness while trying to dispose of their garbage. It's disappointing to hear that I'm not the only resident facing this issue. I urge the management to address this matter urgently, as such behavior tarnishes the living experience for all residents. A swift resolution is crucial to maintain a positive and respectful environment!"

"Been here for 3years now. The past 2 years were great experience. Until this year, water leaking from upstairs. Many people have complained about the construction noice right next to the building for months. It starts from 7am and will go on the whole day. It’s unbearable for almost all units. We have a group chat about this. ABCDE lines are all strongly affected by the noise. Sleep is heavily deprived for months. My friend in the building has to go sleep in his gym. People cannot function next day at work or school. Not to mention those who work at home on a daily basis. We all psychologically, mentally and physically damaged by this. We raised this issue to the building see if they can do some negotiations with the construction company. However, the management team refused to do anything but tell ppl to call 311. They don’t want to do anything for the residents. Can’t wait to leave."

"You will be surrounded 360 by unceasing construction noise, starting from 7/8am to the afternoon. I’m not complaining about this building only but all the apartment buildings in the area. The banging and clanging are so loud and repetitive as if someone is making them right next to your head, cuz ’many walls are not soundproofing….Do consider this factor if you are moving here. The noise pollution is no joke…."

"Convenient location, worst management company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Avoid if you can - there are plenty of luxury buildings in the area. Repeated violations of tenant privacy (had incidents where the super let himself and a third party in twice to take photos of the unit - the excuse we got the 2nd time around was that they thought it was okay to let themselves in because they thought we weren't home). This was not an emergency and we had not given them explicit permission to enter our apartment while we're gone. Today is the final day of my lease and management revoked my apartment access, restoring it at 10:50am."

"Awesome place. When moving from Manhattan to LIC, that was our first stop and we didn't even want to look further. Staff is amazing, attentive, always being helpful, and the Lifestyle Manager, Christine, has promoted so many nice events and initiatives for the tenants, you don't wanna miss! And the view.... It's a great place. Glad we found it."
