Queens Hotel 65-15 Queens Boulevard, Queens, NY 11377

"We were there 4 nights the room was nice enough bed was comfortable, the faucet from the from the bathroom sink came off, 1 day of no hot Water, no wash clothes and every time I asked for one I was given a hand towel, the told me they didn't have wash clothes, internet never worked, my room key stopped working on day 2 I tried to explain to the front desk what I needed but he didn't speak English someone else had to come and help then began to yell at us saying we were discriminating against asian and began to curse at us tried to take our room keys then wanted to fight I had to tell him if he tried again to touch me we will fight and he stated he was the manager, housekeeping never came we had to clean the room ourselves. I don't recommend this hotel I wouldn't go back even if it were free."

"Nice hotel for the most part. We only stayed for 2 days. The only downside was the bed was a little to firm for me and they supplied no washcloths. I packed my own but if I would've forgotten I would've had to go buy some. Overall I would stay again."

"This hotel was good in terms of location. Their bed is comfy and clean. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast was mostly carbs but it was good for me. Most of the staff was nice behaved except one male."

"I was a little worried after reading some of these reviews but I have been pleasantly surprised. Staff are very kind and have been so helpful including housekeeping. I am a solo female traveler and I feel safe and comfortable here. The room is good as I’ve had no issues at all. All I can assume is that the bad reviewers were maybe expecting a grand NYC hotel experience? Idk but if you’ve ever stayed in a holiday inn this is comparable. Safe travels!"

"I had a room on the 1st floor, as soon as I walked in I could smell a foul odor, I moved the bedside table to plug my charger in and that’s when I saw the water damage/mold/mildew all along the base of the wall. I was so disappointed and disgusted, they were trying to cover the damage with the furniture in the room. I always pack my own towels and toiletries even if I’m just leaving him for one day but the fact that they didn’t provide any toiletries in the room is crazy! I went out at 6am to try to buy cold beverages but the lobby was pitch dark and no attendant was working at the front desk. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have mostly videos on my phone, I wish I could show y'all the damages."
