"0 stars. Management is absolutely AWFUL, both rude AND unresponsive. They not care one bit about your concerns unless it’s something directly affecting them. Gym equipment is constantly broken for up to weeks at a time. Also, stairwell doors are constantly LOCKED?? Elevator gets stuck all the time as well. Definitely scary sometimes. This place is a joke, especially for the price."

"If I could leave this building NEGATIVE STARS I would. -100. The layout if the building is atrocious. NO consideration was taken when constructing the building because you can hear conversations from other apartments as if they are happening in your own. Management is HORRENDOUS. I have been out of the apartment for three months and have been emailing management for them to return my security deposit and they have been UNRESPONSIVE. They are totally UNPROFESSIONAL and could care less about their tenants. Please do yourself a MASSIVE favor and find somewhere better to rent. Anywhere is better than this building."

"Building is in a very safe area and easily accessible to subways without a hassle. Super clean and in tip top shape. This is definitely a place I want to stay for as long as I can. In another building that I was living in, my packages were always getting stolen. In this building I can finally say I am content and my packages are always secure. This building has high surveillance in each section throughout the building which is the most important thing to me, especially with having small children."

From the moment I moved in, your staff has consistently demonstrated a high level of responsiveness and efficiency in addressing any concerns or maintenance requests I have had. The promptness and effectiveness of their actions have made a significant difference in ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free living experience. If you’re thinking about moving in it definitely is the right place to be!"

"I was going to give a “detailed”review but to be fair, if you’re deciding on whether to rent here, judge for yourself. First look at the walls and glass doors when you first enter the lobby because that’s what you’re going to see everyday moving forward, look at the overall cleanliness of the building.. if you’re looking for luxury, maybe consider other options. Ask the “broker” to show you not only the inside of the apartment you’re viewing but also the trash room and the laundry room(I didn’t do this). Also if you’re looking for daily cleaning or maintenance of the building(which I was expecting), you won’t find it here, if the floors are dirty or there’s a spill, that’s not getting cleaned until a week or more. Do your own inspecting then follow your gut instincts, don’t rush to lease. The worst thing is trying to get out of your lease after 2 weeks… Be very aware and Good luck."
