My experience was very good until the elevator started giving problems and at the end my landlord was creating pressure to buy the apartment and I refused and that cost me my security deposit as the landlady refused to give my money back. Besides during the summer time the renovation works kill you. The drilling sound is ear deafening. Some neighbour can be very wonderful"
