"Beautiful, expertly run building with roof deck, garden, and gym. In a great location right near the E and F trains (about 20 min into Manhattan) and near several delicious local restaurants as well as Austin St. Better than it has ever been thanks to board president Ray and new superintendent Mike! Additionally, its position on the top of a hill provides unique flood protection, and natural gas generators on the roof make it very dependable."
