"I previously wrote a review about mismanagement and unprofessionalism of the management office. When we first moved to the building in 2019, we were put into the unfinished unit and had to be aggressive until we were able to have those get fixed. After the first year the management office learnt to be better, hired a super Caesar and got more responsive to the issues. They made a further efforts in improving building features and was better at communication. I decided to stay longer at the building after management is improved. I am moving out this year and wanted to update my review so their efforts count. Thank you Evan and Caesar for working hard to make the living better."

"Don't move in. They look nice only on outside. The aircondition does not work, it only blows out luke warm air. I have requested for HVAC professional to fix the issue but they only send someone who's probably one of their construction worker for 3 times and it's not fixed. None of those service person speaks English, NONE completely not possible to communicate. Majority of the tenant has been facing water leak from the ceiling at least one of their ceiling falled apart. LITERALLY FALLED APART. I am facing water leak through my AC as well. As of June we are also facing a mold growing under sink. Just to be clear, we don't store anything wet there. I clean my apartment on daily bases and still there's this toxic mold. It is kitchen.. of course I contacted management office. On first attempt, then sent super who, also do not speak english. He appeared with some dirty fabric to wipe off from the wall and tried to leave that on our kitchen counter. We had to use all the possible communication tool to not to. Next day they came in to paint the wall and guess what? It didn't do a single thing. We emailed them again and this time a person who works at a management team, AN OFFICE PERSON came in with some clorax and bunch of paper towel. I was utterly surprised. It is ridiculous. We have requested for professional from the beginning but they don't understand nor ever try to listen to the request. Now I am living in a sauna full of mold. This is hysterical. We are actually seeking a legal advise and thinking of suing the management if possible. My roommate constantly cough ever since we found mold and I also feel unwell."
