"There are two elevators. One has been out of service for over 1 month with little communication. The other works properly sometimes. There are times I can’t take the stairs. Management doesn’t seem to care much. The entire building is angry. As long as 15 minute waits. No more excuses, fit it!!!"

"Would leave a 0 if I could- Overcharged electricity fee, power outages, absolutely no management, leaking bathroom ceiling, NYPD entering the building for over 4 times and no one provided an explanation, stinky laundry room… the list goes on and on, but all in all, RUN and DO NOT EVEN consider to live here"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE - Be warned… You do NOT want to know the type of stuff that happens in the basement. The smell wafts through the entire building for two years. Squatter haven here. Do you like getting sleep? You won’t here - it is so loud outside and inside… Security is concerning - don’t feel safe here…"

"During my time living here, I've had to deal with power outages, gas leaks in the laundry room, a recurring intruder, and more, all because of Velocity Management's poor management. They also allowed their real estate agent to sign a new lease before mine ended, breaching our contract and kicking my roommate and me out early. They gave us prorated compensation for the days lost, but refused to take accountability and only gave the agent the equivalent of a slap on the wrist. Not to mention, the building is located in an area that is loud to the point where the train and construction sounds have allegedly cracked the walls and ceilings of the units. Avoid living here and in any other property owned by Velocity, any positive, non-descriptive review is definitely by them!"
