"If I had to describe this place in one word, it would be luxury hotel. Not only is the service excellent, but it is clean and the building is still very new. The staff is very friendly and the amenities area is cleaned frequently. The opening hours of the amenities range from 5:00 AM to Midnight. A doorman is always on hand to receive your luggage. The area is just a short walk from Hunter's Point, so a stroll is a must. It is a bit far from the station, but it is a short walk while looking at the trees along the river. The free shuttle bus service is available early in the morning and in the evening on weekdays. The library is nearby, and UPS, USPS, and the police station are also very convenient and safe nearby. Most importantly, it is a great place to be pet friendly. One disappointment is that there is only one person stationed n the front desk, so depending on the time of day, you may have to wait in line. However, it is not that big a problem. They are very friendly and willing to help. They also have an app for residents where you can find information on amenity events, updates on luggage, and contact information in case of equipment problems, so you can get immediate assistance. This is the best service that Gotham Point has to offer."

"Just became a resident about 4 weeks ago and I still can’t believe I live here, it’s so close to the water and I have great skyline views of Manhattan from my apartment. My apartment unit has everything I need, the gym is large and spacious, and the best part is if I ever need anything fixed in the apartment, the maintenance crew shows up in no time. Regarding leasing, I got approved almost 5 hours after applying and moved in less than a week later. So happy, my only regret is I wish I signed a longer lease"

"Luxurious place, in style of the hotel, surrounded by flowers, like a gallery.. fresh handheld spraying early morning, in addition to mopping the lobby that gives a nice and clean look. Common area has furniture in latest style, with an option of free coffee and a cappuccino. Outdoor area feels like a park, a place to relax and enjoy the look of a East River. Before bed time, it’s so calming to go up the roof to sit next to a fire place … NY best view on the overall. Well designed and maintained property that gives you safety and comfort. The doorman is happy to collect outgoing mail, saves so much time of mine. I can go on and on with my list. You need to live here, in order to feel this level of comfort. "I’ve been living here since May and this is by far the best building Ive ever lived in. Staff is amazing and will always greet you with a smile. Management is very nice and helpful. The hotel does truly look like a hotel. The reviews on this building are completely inappropriate and wrong. I never want to live anywhere else and I’m so happy here."

"Gotham has been my home for nearly six months now -everything has been absolutely extraordinary! I want to express the level of professionalism and care that is put into the building -The daily services the concierge and community organizers manage coordinate and facilitate here are all truly extraordinary! (The gym is especially beyond awesome!) The management and everyone who make all this happen everyday are creating a 5 star quality experience!!!! Gotham Point has really nailed it! Everyone here has been extremely accommodating and supportive over the past six months while I settled in ! Everything is streamlined and stylish and beautiful!
