"Hole in the closet. No hanger in the closet,noise from the street, had to beg for pillows and towels.People making noise all night .Phone didn't work.Cler at the desk was rude. Room service was poor."

"This hotel is truly a gem. It is hidden in a neighborhood that offers many restaurants and boutique stores that are amazing. I travel a lot and I am very particular about the hotels I rest in. I must say from the moment I check-in to the moment I checked out the hotel staff was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make my stay pleasurable. Truly I appreciate the professionalism and outstanding customer service. I’m sure all the staff is wonderful but I greatly appreciate the staff I came in contact with Marie, Angelina, Adjoa, Mac, Daniel, Alyssa, Robert and Crystal. Thank you - GrimesWonderful stay! The staff was so nice and helpful. My family and I got in at 12:30am and we were hungry. Rob at the front desk called a restaurant around the corner to make sure they were still serving and told them that we would be on our way. Thanks Rob! The train to Manhattan is just across the street. The hotel itself is modern and had 2 queen beds. We’ll be back!"
