"Hotel seems a little dated, but the place was very clean, the staff was pleasant and quick in response. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a great night's sleep. Pillows are too soft but o had 4 so I used them all and to top it off their FREE breakfast was very good"
"This room was perfect. It is an older building, but that's what gave it character. The beds were very comfy. And albeit old, the room was CLEAN and well equipped with the necessaries. There was the noise from the road, but it wasn't awful... it's NYC..."
"Great location to visit Manhattan without breaking the bank. The neighborhood is quiet, never felt unsafe walking from Briarwood subway station to the hotel. The hotel is dated but everything worked fine and my 6-night stay was just fine here. The breakfast is good and quite complete. Nothing to complain!"
"The room is clean and well appointed. Good TV, microwave, coffee, fridge, tub, etc. Not a fancy, new property, but OK. Plenty of parking. Several good restaurants a short walk up Queens Blvd and gas station across the street if you have a rental. Our room is on the side, and street noise is not an issue for us. Stay here and save $100+ if you;re going to JFK."
"Older building but the cleanliness of the rooms and location is good. The staff is super friendly. This is a great location to stay if you're a tourist.... Quick, easy access to the subway stations to get around the city. I stayed with my spouse and two kids. This is a good value and location!"
