"Had an amazing stay! We had a Terrace Suite and it did not disappoint. Huge living area. My 5 year old daughter was pleased as they brought her her own little bed. From top to bottom this place was extremely clean and the customer service was excellent. We will definitely stay again on a future visit!"
"Two things of most disappointment with this place, there were two small bottles of water in the room upon arrival, but was never replenished through our stay nor were there any tea or coffee at all, we had to pop to the local supermarket to get provisions for our morning brew! This is the first time I have stayed anywhere where there has been no complementary drinks supplied! (However there was a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery!!) Also, the temperature of the room was uncomfortably warm, thankfully we could crack the bathroom window open to get some cold air, as the heater/air con unit was old, difficult to control and noisy!! However the staff seem friendly enough, the location is good for subways and Central Park."
"It actually wasn’t bad. The rooms were decent especially for the price. The location is fantastic. But they need to put a coffee pot in the lobby. Most hotel now have a coffee and tea service always in the lobby."
"Amazing experience at the Lombardy Hotel. I booked a single room based on a moderate price for midtown, so my expectations were low. Then, I was blown away by the huge two-room suite with an entry hall, large living room, large separate bedroom, walk-in closet, and gleaming marble bathroom. I would have been comfortable staying for the entire week."
"Lucky for them the location is great and that earned them the 2. Lobby was nice as well as the personnel. Room was not even close to the one described or showed at their website, ours in particular was dark, old and not well maintained. Our room was with a moldy smell, wood floor was raised from what seemed to be a water leak or flood, and one of the bathrooms bathtubs drain was completely rusted. At my checkout I was not even asked how was my stay, but I did let the person know."
