"This place should be cocondemed! Seriously!! Where should I begin, everything I will mentioned was reported to the Airbnb host that we made reservations with. The place is simply awful!! The sofa and chair were faded and appear to be not adequate for the Goodwill. No central heating - window units that do not heat properly. Leaking and clogged sink, wiring all over the place, shower is cramped. TV remotes batteries missing, and had to replace the lights on the landing/porch. Also, had to replace fire alarm batteries.. the carpet a mess on the landing and steps, no adequate room for parking, door lock only works properly if you hold and pull it, door frame appear to be tampered with,, stove missing handle on bottom, some window blinds were in bad condition. Last night, the electrical breaker shut down. Wiring outside the building g is a safety hazard. We will leave two days early because we cannot take this any longer!! Awful is the word, any respectable inspector would shut this place down. The address is 2803 Ocean Blvd, "B" (suite, or unit)."

"It's an acquired taste. The vintage atmosphere vibes their with older and more uncomfortable beds. The proximity to the beach is why we chose to stay here. Just improve the unit, parking and especially the bed."

"I am not thrilled with this hotel ..I love the office lady but the owners are so money hungry the continue to go up on rent and this place has no cable .and hasn't for months now. The parking here is atrocious . the wifi doesn't work very well either..there is a washer and dryer on site so that is very convenient and it's not priced ridiculously. I do feel that 1400 a month should come with more amenities."

"It's quiet for the most part. The office lady is nice but strict at times. Laundry facilities aren't that great. I'd recommend using the back stairs as the front stairs are entirely too steep and lack the essential foot grips for that steep of an incline."
