"This hotel is right next to the Convention Center and perfectly located for getting around the area EASILY without getting trapped on the Strand. Service is excellent and rooms very clean. We got room service which was fast and the food was great. Would definitely stay here again."

"Celebrating our fourth anniversary in Myrtle Beach was a trip and an experience to remember for a lifetime (Saturday, December 30, 2023 through Monday, January 1, 2024). This was the most outstanding beautiful over the top experience at a hotel I have had in a very long time Mr. Timbers, the front desk supervisor insured that this experience by exceeded our expectations!!! My compliments to Mr. Timbers for a job well done. See you guys again soon! I highly recommend this hotel, 10 out of 10 stars. And if by chance, Mr. Timbers is there at the desk, make sure you say hello to him very cool guy very easy to talk to!"

"If you are at a conference, you canNOT beat this location! The hotel seriously needs updates. Paint on the walls is peeling, my safe in the room did not work, and there were crumbs on the floor and Doritos all in the easy chair, things that should have easily been vacuumed up. My door lock stuck as well. Just needs updates and a better cleaning of the rooms. Food is good, Starbucks/cafe is nice, and parking is good. I felt safe going and coming from my room. Less than a mile from Broadway at the Beach and the ocean. You have a LOT of choices for food in the area."

"Beautiful, beautiful hotel. Awesome location from the beach with a wonderful view. Check in was a breeze, Matt was super helpful and informative. Room was clean and beds were super comfy. Food from the restaurant was phenomenal. Last but not least our bartender Bea was such a lovely lady to have encountered. If you visit this hotel definitely stop by for a drink and a chat with this beautiful soul. Definitely recommend staying and would stay again."
