"Sea Castle is infested with roaches. my husband seen a roach. We moved the picture it was behind and about 15 to 20 roaches went running. We immediately packed our stuff and call McMillan Realty. They acted as if we was making it up but we had pics and videos. They offered to have an exterminator come but I refused to go back in. They did give us a full refund but to rent another location cost us double what we paid. When we went to get the check the guy won’t even open the door, instead he slid the check through the mail slot. He refused to reimburse for the additional expenses."
