"It is unfortunate that a 0 rating isn’t able to be given. A 1 will have to do! This company loves charging their late fees. There is no drop box nor is there an online portal to pay rent. I wouldn’t buy a drop box or develop an online portal if I knew I could make an extra $61 every month per tenant either! Typically American greed at its finest. My brother and I work when this company is open, which gives us no real alternative to pay rent beside being late for work or cutting out early. My brother and I have reached out to Joe, the property manager, about numerous complaints, but none seem to be passed along."
