"Inquired about one of the properties they manage on multiple third party rental search sites. Each provided a different phone number to get in touch with them. They want a picture of your drivers license and a credit card to charge a 1-time $0.99 fee to self-tour the property, or for you to fill-out a rental application before even seeing the property (can you say scam!) Attempted to call them directly to see if an agent could meet us to tour the property to avoid these red-flags, and twice was hung-up on without even a "Hello". Very sketchy and very unprofessional. My wife and I are very serious about moving to the area and finding a rental quickly but will be working with a company that is more professional and responsive."
