"Mary Anne set me up with all the necessary paperwork for my move-in, despite my move-in being so immediate and quick. She made sure to present multiple options for me to rent, and she was very sweet and helpful being attentive for every question I had for move-in. This made the process super easy and worry free."
"Review date: 25-SEPT-2023 I was a tenant 12/2020-09/2023 and lived in three different apartments. In each apartment I had issues with paperwork in the front office. In two of the apartments we had structural or maintenance issues that went unanswered and unresolved for months. Currently, I’m being ghosted for rent abatement due to structural issues in the third apartment. The balcony and apartment was visibly leaning and shaking above the front entrance during that entire time. After notifying the front office it took over a month before any progress was made, and the progress they came with was without a permit and therefore working illegally. The city of Cary came and made them stop. As of today they’ve done work on the balcony but have avoided official evaluation of interior apartment. They have only done unofficial walkthroughs and have refused to have an engineer evaluate. They have repeatedly lied and stated that they had an engineer evaluate. They have yet to provide said engineer reports. The issues of the third apartment: the apartment shaking and moving all appliances, cracking in the ceiling and walls, distorted door frames that keep doors from closing, floors that are nowhere near level, trim that has been popped off of the wall due to shaking, and the “repaired” balcony still cracked and leaning above front entrance and amenities."
"An incredible lack of communication from the Leasing Office. Phone calls, texts and e-mails go unanswered. The billing online is entirely inaccurate, showing a growing credit balance. The apartment is great, but administratively this place needs help."
"The price is overpriced for the unmaintained amenities and the inept front office. Took over a month for the front office to complete my lease renewal. The front office is also hyper focused on ‘updating’ amenities instead of fixing current broken ones. Edit in response to the owner's response to provide clarification: I had confirmed before the lease renewal process began that I would not have to pay for another "one-time pet fee". I confirmed digitally that I would do a lease renewal. It took over two-weeks to receive the copy of the lease which had wording where it appeared that I could have to pay for the "one-time pet fee" again as that was what was marked. I asked for an email confirmation stating that this was not the case. It took over three-weeks and a call to the corporate office (the current lease had less than three weeks left on it) for the staff to send an email with four sentences verifying this. Broken amenities and facilities are not restricted to the stolen weights in the gym referenced in the owner's response. Includes a gas grill that was broken for around four-months then the management taking out the remaining grill and not replacing them for over a month. I am unsure of why the remaining grill would not just be left in place? Includes a side door that takes leaning into it with my body weight to open it. The side door has been like this for over two-months where I understand a couple of different of people have submitted work orders for it. These are examples from what I've observed."
