"The video explains it all. We found two more roaches after that video. We got here at 11pm with my uncle after driving 14 hrs from Homestead to find cockroaches in our room and we didn’t ask for a room change since we were exhausted from the trip. At the next day I asked for a refund since its the decent to do when you sleep with roaches, and the lady at front desk was very rude and unhelpful. She called the AM and was also unhelpful with this very nasty situation. They offered a 25%! What a joke! They have terrible service, building is dirty and old, elevators don’t work and I over heard a new guest say that his room wasn’t ready after he payed. HORRIBLE experience overall"

"Worst ever. Never been to such a scam hotel like this. Not only the room full of dozens of roaches, please see the pics, I do have several videos as well, but also they have stolen my money. I booked two nights (Dec14 and 15) and was not able to check in on Dec 14 due to missing a flight. I have arrive on Dec 15 and the girl at the front desk asked me to pay again for Dec 15 and she will refund the previous transaction (the Dec 14 and 15). Now I am not talking about how bad this place is and how many roach you will see every where even in your luggage’s, shoes and bed. Now, I only need my money back. The guys outside for the night shift never helped. They asked me to talk to the manager but when I asked them to give me their number they refused. I only come back to to attend my Graduation Ceremony but this incident is ruining my whole day. They are scammers and will steal your money that is in addition to the dozen of roaches you will live with which is a clear even how unclean this hotel is used to be."

"The front desk staff is incompetent, spent 20 minutes trying to add a $50 deposit fee to the room I'd already paid for while my food got cold. The hotel smells like disinfectant and cheap air freshener to the point of nauseating. When I finally arrived at the room, it was cold, the hvac unit did not work at all. Neither did the TV or phone so I could call down to the office. I didn't bother testing the restroom for function. I'm standing in the lobby now, an hour after arrival, to request a refund because this is totally unacceptable even for a place to just eat a late dinner and sleep (to the noise of someone's barking dog, no less). I'd rather pay double then deal with this total mess. Rusted light fixtures, broken elevator. This is more hovel than hotel these days."

"Don’t just don’t book here. Arrived and no one was at the front desk. Other customers and myself and family had to wait over ten minutes before someone came attend us. When we got inside our room there were big cockroaches and other insects on the furniture and floor crawling everywhere. Asked for a full refund and through my travel agency I was able to get a partial refund. Which is crazy because I had only checked in for 20 minutes( I stayed in the room while I was on the phone with my travel agency awaiting to see what could be done). Front desk guy everyone talks in the comments about being rude is correct. He seemed to have an attitude when I was dropping the keys off to leave because of the roaches. The place is run down bad. It smells like cigarettes all over the hallways. Overall terrible, will never stay here again!"
