"Great first experience at this particular location. It's a modern hotel with many upgrades. It was nice to be at a hotel with ample areas to charge your phone and electronics. Even the newer style sofa bed had a built in charging station. The overall design of a king room is modern and efficient. The bathroom shower was a European open-concept. The bed was very comfortable, the feather pillows were aplenty. Our room was very clean at first arrival. The staff when we checked in and throughout our 3 day stay was very friendly and accommodating. At one point I needed to call to the front desk for assistance with something in the middle of the night and I was assisted immediately and with such a helpful, positive attitude. I never had any issues finding a parking spot and all the available parking was within a reasonable distance from the entrance. Downstairs in the lobby there is a little marketplace, pool table, tables and chairs to lounge in, TVs, a bar and a bistro restaurant. We would definitely stay again!"

"Called weeks before to make sure I could use a gift card and was assured twice we could. When time came to check out we were told we couldn't use a gift card. Confirmed the names of the two employees who told me we could definitely use them so the front desk girl called the manager who again told us we couldn't. Would've never stayed here otherwise. Hair all over the ground we had to ask them to clean it up and they just mopped and left a big clump of wet hair."

"I travel a lot for my job and this is my first time staying at the hotel. Wait at the front desk was not bad checking in and staff was polite. Upon entering my room it was nice and spacious and very modern. Not really my liking but certainly up with the times. When I went into the bathroom I noticed hair all over the bottom of my shower and a light that does not work above the shower. When I called to the front desk to ask someone to take care of it I was told that front desk was the only person here until tomorrow. When I asked what could be done about the dirty shower I was told that they could bring me cleaning materials for me to clean my own shower if I wanted to. They also mentioned that they did not know how to change a light bulb and would not be doing that but they could have it done tomorrow when maintenance got back. I check out at 10:00 a.m. this is hands down the poorest service that I've ever received at a hotel"

"I had the most phenomenal experience during my recent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh Cary Crossroads. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to the day of my departure, the hotel exceeded all my expectations and more. My room, complete with a luxurious king-sized bed and spacious shower, made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The fridge in the room was an added bonus, allowing me to store snacks and drinks during my time in the hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were always available to assist us with any queries or requests we had during our time in the hotel. One of the most notable aspects of the hotel was the exceptional service quality. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable, catering to our every need with a smile. All our interactions with the staff were pleasant, and the customer service surpassed any hotel experience I have had in the past. The hotel amenities were another highlight of our stay. The outdoor pool was fantastic, and it was a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected, and the business center was perfect for working remotely. I also appreciated the free breakfast and parking, making our stay budget-friendly. The hotel's location was another plus point. It was conveniently situated close to many restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel restaurant was also an excellent dining option, with a vast menu of delicious dishes. Overall, Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh Cary Crossroads is a must-stay hotel for anyone visiting the city. With its excellent customer service, appealing location, and great amenities, it surpasses any hotel experience I have had in the past. "Although there are many choice of hotels in this area, this courtyard amazed me how clean it was, nice modern interiors, more importantly spacious rooms. The best clean and spacious bathroom I have stayed in a while. It's very close to crossroads Plaza with all the shopping needed. They have lovely coffee place and bar. Thank you Dounia for serving tasty coffee and hot chocolate first thing in am. Service is impeccable here."
