"The ONLY reason this hotel is getting 3 stars is SPECIFICALLY on the amazing customer service from Teelah -African American Female AND another staff member at the desk Raim Indian decent male (please forgive me if I spelled their names wrong but the descriptions should help without disrespect) She was ALWAYS available and willing to answer questions, help with any discrepancies without hesitation. He was just as awesome as well. I’ve stayed at many hotels but this one STINKS. The elevator is slow and smells like garbage. The area behind the elevator (breakfast area) was cleaned and mopped daily. I always saw them in there doing it daily. For the area this hotel is in it is VERY outdated and not upkept well at all. I wouldn’t allow my family to use the pool at all which is located on the lower floor and smells like a basement. Just moldy. To see dirty laundry in the hallway on the floor for multiple days straight during the weekday when I seen housekeeping consistently is unacceptable. Chk out was for 11. We asked to have a later chk out since we didn’t have to be to the airport til 2:50. We were thinking 1:30/2pm. Daily rate was $124. To chk out at 2 was an additional $60 charge. Nobody ever cleaned the gym and one of the treadmills didn’t work. So with 3 pieces of equipment can it really be considered a gym. Either way, I will never stay at this particular location again cause it’s just nasty. Gives me Motel 5 vibes but again the customer service reps who worked the front desk are top notch & should be valued."

"Negatives: 1.) Beware of the elevator. We were on the 6th floor and took the stairs out of fear. It has a strange delay, then shakes. The card posted didn’t have 2023 inspection dates. 2.) Front deck staff seems straight up annoyed that I bothered them for checking in and later, buying a soda and chip 3.) I think this used to be an Emerald Suites years ago, but is very run down now. Makes me sad to see the shape it’s in. 4.) Rooms were so so in terms of cleanliness, but did find a few goldfish crackers on the floor upon arrival Positives: 1.) Many channels on the TV. The guide doesn’t tell you what they are, but there’s lots 2.) The breakfast was pretty mid, but the lady who brought a fresh batch of eggs out was nice 3.) The AC wasn’t so loud it disrupted sleep Overall you get what you pay for. I probably won’t be going back there after so many years of staying there. New ownership and it’s just not the place it once was."

"I recently had to spend a week in one of the one bed suites at this hotel due to COVID-19. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious with many amenities. There’s shopping center across the street all things considered. I really enjoyed my stay."

"Just no! I don’t understand how this hotel is anywhere near 4 stars. The floor with the pool and the stairwells smell sour and it’s disgusting. I asked the hotel clerk and he tried to blame it on people who don’t shower after the pool and the gym. Try again dude…The room was clean but the mattress in the pullout needs to be thrown in the garbage!! I went to Walmart and purchased an air mattress! 2 stars on a good day. There were two guys with a fire pit in the parking lot. I was so confused and it didn’t feel safe. People are constantly smoking in front of the hotel. I could also hear every vehicle on the highway! Just stay somewhere else. I have never stayed in a Comfort Inn. I usually choose Marriott. I will NEVER stay in a Comfort Inn again!!"

"Comfort Suites Regency Park has plenty of generous parking spaces all around. The foyer is spacious. When we entered the room it smelled a bit musty, as we found out later was that the ventilation in the bathroom is not working and all the moisture is getting into the bathroom. The room itself is of good size, has a bar fridge, microwave and coffee maker. First up it took longer than usual for the air-conditioning to get cold, but after that it was working fine. The mattress felt very soft but still made for a good night sleep. The bath towels are nice, soft and very absorbed unlike what we have experienced in other hotels. The bathroom also generous in size could be of a better design as the bench space around the vanity is inadequate. The breakfast provided was very limited in variety compared to other hotels we stayed in. Also everything was clean, the suite is a bit dated and would greatly benefit from a more modern upgrade."
