"It blowing my mine how different this extended stay experience compare to the other one I stayed. No room service (you need to take your own trash out to outside dumpster) , broken bathroom door handle, limited lighting in the bathroom, smelly hallway like a public housing hallway. Not recommended if you're traveling with kids. Only good thing is it have kitchen with fridge and microwave, but super old style and we didn't bother to use. The entire hotel geel like a haunted place. Blood color fluid stay on hallway floor for 2 days and no one clean it."
"I’ve been staying here for about 5 months, and the overall service is terrible. They act very nice and friendly but are incredibly lazy and will not do their jobs whatsoever. As mentioned earlier I’ve been here Since June, and stopped receiving room service entirely around August. I’ve asked numerous times for basic services and am always met with excuses and told they’ll “do it tomorrow” but never do. The facilities are also subpar (the gym is two ellipticals and some hand weights) and the wifi only works when it wants to. There’s also been numerous occasions of roaches and other bugs getting in my room. If it weren’t for the convenience of the location I would have left long ago. Overall I would not recommend this establishment whatsoever to anyone. If you plan on staying for more than a 2 hour nap, your money will be better spent elsewhere."
"A cheap motel, not suitable for an “extended stay.” We planned to stay 6 nights but checked out after 1 night. The microwave, dishwasher, kitchen outlets, and half the room lights didn’t work. The bed was so unstable that the weight of a person sitting on one side made the whole thing tip over. And then the construction noises began right outside my window. Nope! When I tried to check out I received zero help or empathy from the front desk as they watched me struggle alone with my baby and cat and all our luggage. The construction workers outside were more kind and helpful. I should have just gone with the Sonesta next door in the first place."
"It was an exceptional stay. The room seemed pretty clean. The hallways seemed dirty and smelled a bit like just boxes. The guy who attended me was just on facetime and didn’t really seemed like he wanted to check us in. Besides this it was exceptional. I was impressed with the size of the room. It’s pretty big, i only stayed for a night."
