The Reserve at Cary Park Apartments

"This is my self experience. Never recommend this apartments. My worst experiences are below. 1) apartment office staff are so rude they only say what computer says. They dont understand any of tenants problem and never fix any issue that what tenant asked. 2) You cant break the lease once you signed, if you want to leave due to job transfer or any other reason they will ask us to pay remaining rent for whole lease term period and they will keep threaten you with sending our social to collections. 3) this community was very old. you will see lots of bugs and roaches every where. i personally felt it is not safe living with kids and pets. 4) the schools district comes under this apartment is capped out. the alternate school for this apartment is 10 miles away and you wont get wake county schools bus for that schools to pick kids from this apartment , literally you have to drop and pickup in car everyday. So i never recommend this place with kids. 5) The gym is very old and it keep you injured when you do weights with existing machinery, they are not changing it. 6) we will get yellow slips in the middle of the lease saying rent is increased by $300 all of the sudden. they will ask us to vacate if we are not willing to pay for new changed rent. 7) as the apartment is very old , the foot steps from upper floors will make you annoying in the middle of night as well. 8) Lastly when i closed the lease they literally charged me almost $1000 for cleaning and final amenities bill, that make me cry and keep regret why i took this apartment. loosing my hard earned money. 9) if you sign lease with this apartment remember this will be your bad agreement in your life time. So please think wisely and choose correct apartment. Double think before signing any of the apartment lease."

"It is a wonderful community, shops are near by, no much need to take your car out. Good schools are close by. Doctor’s offices are very near. Great neighbors and friendly staff, especially Office staff Becca and almost all the staff members. Becca is really friendly and helpful in sorting out any small issue. The turn around time of maintenance staff is really good, Very respectable and professional staff."

"We lived here for almost a decade, we had moved into this apartment due to good schools and excellent location, my little school going children grew up here. It is a wonderful community, great neighbors, good amenities and friendly staff, especially Jessica, Megan, Andy and Michelle and many more. The maintenance staff have been very respectable and professional like Mr. Andy."

"Plenty of options for customization to your liking. This dude moved out of his parents, If you need to move out, you need to move out. you know why you chose, North Carolina. You know why you chose Cary. Why not set up shop at The Reserve?! Pick the spot that markets itself as having “the best price for sq/ft”. Simple as that. Sign your lease. Great staff, great people, community is awesome, and you really can’t beat the sweet view of a pot of gold when the old man is snoring. Bonus Points: Shoutout to the gang: Natalie, McKinney, Jess, Ty, Nicks, Andy, Becca, India, and the rest!"

"Great property with beautiful grounds. The office staff was absolutely amazing and the customer service was fantastic. The Reserve at Cary Park is where you want to be. What a beautiful diverse community! Everyone in the community is friendly. Here they are super pet friendly, they love your fur babies! I enjoy my stay here. Large open floor plans with amazing balconies. What a great place!"
