"I vacated couple of months back after staying for 2 years. I had a very bad water leak and apartment was not liveable they not compensated a single penny, they told apartment was liveable with 7 fans and dryers running at temperatures 120 with doors open in hot days. We took hotel they never reimbursed for us. I also had AC chip smoked in night which I called 911, entire home filled with smoke had night mares for a week. Out side apartment looks good, inside they are running units with way old appliances."
"This is my first experience moving into an apartment! The leasing staff are wonderful ladies and very hands on! The maintenance team respond in a very timely manner which is great to have. I enjoy the resident socials that they have every few months, it definitely brings together the community! Having 2 pools is helpful in the community as well to prevent crowding. I also enjoy my Holden Floorplan, my 2 bedroom is very spacious and the hardwood flooring is BEAUTIFUL!!! So easy to clean and very cozy with my wood-burning fireplace. Thanks Triangle Park :)"
"I transferred from Carpenter Village and the difference is like night and day. Management( Melisa) and her team very professional, welcoming make you feel like home. Community is very clean, well maintained and maintenance team responded promptly every time needed Highly recommended!"
"I had 2 different leaks in the 20 months I lived here. Each with mold contamination. The first resulted in damage that was never repaired even 1 year later when I moved. They just kept repainting the wall where is was separated from the baseboard. The second leak was actually a flood that resulted in a virtually uninhabitable apartment for 7 days. And they offered a measly $150 rent reduction. My puppy had seizures after the first mold event costing twice as much at the vet and a lifetime of medication. I admit I liked my fenced in yard, so I wanted to stay. However, I couldn't risk the recurrence of mold in the flooded closet and had to move to keep me and my pups safe. Just my experience. If you choose to live here- make sure you get the fake wood flooring! I would never risk apartment carpet again and most certainly not at Bexley Triangle Park."
"I have lived here since October 2017 and just received my lease renewal which I will be renewing again. I moved her for a contract job for three years and have really enjoyed my time here. Some reviews have negative things to say about living here, but having living in 6 countries, no one place is perfect, things break, that's life. It's how it's resolved is most important. What I can say about living here, is that when I have had a maintenance issue, I went online to the resident online portal (24 hours a day) and submitted a request. Each and every request was dealt with within 24 hours for non-emergency and one late evening about a hour for a weekend plumbing issue. There were renovations in the beginning, but afterwards we have a beautiful 24/7 clubhouse. I live in the largest one bedroom floor plan (Topsail- roughly 894 square feet.) on the third floor. I never hear my neighbours or practically see them in that matter. There are a lot of kids but they tend to be in buildings with larger floor plans. There's plenty of free parking for guest and visitors, and for those that want to pay for the luxury of assigned covered parking, there's the reasonably priced carports and garages which tend to go on sale from time to time. There can be a lot of kids at the pools at times, but hey it's hot and we have two pools to choose from, so who can complain. The one thing that frustrates me is that some residents feel they own the place in regards they leave their kids pool toys out till they return the next day, some people I guess don't pay for their own wifi, so there is one or two families that camp out for hours in the evening, as their kids mess up the coffee bar, play video games on the computers (disregarding the posted time limits), while the parents sit three feet away oblivious as mom reads a book and dad is shouting as he face times with family away. These are things residents need to fix and remember, although they live here, so do many others. Two words 'Common Respect!' Other than that, no issues here and if I do have any the manager (Cassey), or my original lease agent (Jared) and I believe the newest members Julia and Brandon(?) are there 6 days a week to resolve my issues in a timely manner. Very professional, courteous, and understanding that as humans....we will have issues from time to time, but what needs to be fixed--always gets done. Happy Resident (Renewing my 3rd lease) very soon! Richard S. FYI: Pet friendly with treats for dogs, waste bags located throughout property grounds and a fenced dog play area."
