"Such a great property and the perfect location, next to one of the best shopping areas in the triangle (Crossroads) and super close to Fenton. The luxury apartments are newly renovated, modern and spacious. I have been looking for a new apartment for my daughter for a while and I am extremely happy with finding and choosing this property for her when she relocates. They have a new podcast room she is excited to use and the 2 Bedroom w/ attached garage is perfect for her. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Christine Todd (the new property manager). She is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with and the customer service here is top-notch."

"From online photos I really thought this would be the apartment that I would select. I received a lukewarm greeting from the agent. We went to view the apartment and I was stunned when I walked in to see formica countertop and old beige brown cabinets. The website showered white cabinets and what appeared to be granite. I let her know immediately that cabinets wouldn't work for me. I commented on what I did like about the location facing a wooded area and the size of the balcony. She remained silent. After being terribly disappointed by the kitchen I asked if there were any units that i could see that look like the website. She tells me that she had a 1:45 appointment. I look at my phone and it's 1:20. Umm pretty sure 25 minutes is more than enough time to drive the cart across the street to another building on the property. That unit was wonderful like the website. Unfortunately it was a 2 bedroom. As we were leaving I saw a door in the hallway and asked what it was for. She tells me that my apartment comes with storage. I asked if iwas extra. She said no. Well that's nice. I would think she would have mentioned that but since she was silent during the tour I wasn't surprised. We get to the office with 10 minutes to spare before her very important 1:45 appointment and she's going over the price which included a $1000 security deposit. Wait what??? Who is paying that amount for a security deposit in that area? That was a red flag for me. Not interested in living somewhere with a lukewarm agent who put her next appointment ahead of mine and old beige cabinets which includes 1000 securitydeposit"
