"would love to leave a bad review to keep rents where they are....since I've seen too many places increase drastically BUT after a full month of living here, the experience has been great!. The apartments are good for the price , good amount of space, well kept, and location is great. The main thing that I would say is the absolute highlight of Audubon Parc Apts is the service. My comment about service is - wow. We saw the unit over video tour because we were moving from out of the area. Elsa did 3 separate video tours and called us back to make sure we were aware of everything before moving forward (where is it facing, replacement of appliances and little things that would be fixed)..... The only thing I would say for future tenants is- floors seem to be older build (wood) & it sounds like the sound goes through easily. We've been trying to be aware of the sound when stepping since we like to be good neighbors, but having lived below other people, I know the sound seeps through easily. That being said, you can't get everything in a rental, but this is pretty close to it."

The staff in the front office are exceptional - willing to help any way they can to ensure your happiness in your new home. Including the friendliest and fastest maintenance responses/solutions I’ve seen in over 12 years of renting in the triangle area. I highly suggest moving here, if you’re considering it. I’m glad I did!"
