"I've experienced difficult property management teams before, but this is by far the WORST management I've ever dealt with. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. They don't address concerns within an appropriate timeline. We had several maintenance requests during our time living here that didn't get taken care of for around 2 months that lead to property damage in our apartment. We eventually stopped putting in requests altogether. When we were in the renewal cycle, the team sent us the wrong rates and sent it to the wrong address so we never got the chance to renew early because we never saw the new terms. When we asked them to work with us, they never responded. So we took that as the final straw and moved. We've been moved out for over 4 months and just received an invoice for move out expenses from Arium which has confused us because we were told we didn't owe anything else when we contacted them a month after leaving. (After calling and emailing several times, by the way.) Do not live here - it will make you miserable and frustrated."

"This apartment complex is horribly mismanaged. They sent us the wrong contract for renewal and it was delayed to send to us. Previously we had issues with maintenance issues not being addressed for 2 months which caused property damage. We moved out because they stated that we didn't qualify for the early renewal due to their error. We moved out in september and now in January were randomly sent a bill for just south of $2k. We asked to speak with them for explanation as we called the month after our move out and were told we did not owe anything further. They now are not responding to emails and told us they would call the following day and have heard nothing since. The worst management office/team."

"The maintenance crew here is fast and efficient. I put in a request for 4 issues and they were all resolved within a day or 2. I needed a completely new refrigerator that was replaced same day! Bruce and Damien are friendly, have great follow up communication, and respectful."
