"Management is a significant part of the problem as the office has completely minimized my numerous reports of harassment and their resolution is to have me move and not renew my lease even though I immaculately maintained my unit and paid every months rent early and sometimes 2 months at a time early. Management needs to include critical thinking from a diverse perspective. Management needs to be trained on how to be considerate and thoughtful and fair to all its residents. Management needs to be able to be flexible when any of its services are not being provided as promised and stated. I strongly believe I have been targeted because I am a single Black female who is very private and I am a strong, educated and confident Black female who is very selective as to who I allow in my personal circle. The residents here that do not care for people like me have made it clear on a daily, oftentimes several times a day, that single Black females who are very private and strong, educated and confident Black females who are very selective as to who to allow in their personal circles are not welcomed!"

"It’s a decent apartment. It’s a bit outdated and having moved in, it was clear they didn’t clean very well. I found lots of random items in the carpet, scratches all over the sink, random items in cabinets, rusted door henges and the place overall feels a bit outdated. I will say the space of the apartments is wonderful for the price! Valet trash is good (although they don’t feel very consistent) I really wish they would work on the landscaping. I have lived in worse areas who have had 10x better landscaping. Lots of dead grass and plants/trees. Nothing feels uniform at all with the bushes and a huge lack of flowers or plants. It looks bare. If they worked on that, I’d give another star."

"It was actually a nice experience in the four months staying here. There were minor issues that come with living at an apartment complex, but there were good comforts. Loved the pool, but it was too chilly weather wise to take advantage. The mini playground was nice, but needs to be updated a bit. The apartment was cozy, and management was nicely responsive with any issues. Edit: be very careful for 'add on charges' when you move out. The apartment was cleaned top to bottom by myself and my wife, and we still had a mysterious $65 "oven cleaning charge". While it was okay to call home for a while, it does need some work."

"Amazing place. If I was still in the market for renting, I would have stayed here. I moved out a couple of weeks ago and my thoughts: The staff and office management are great. They are very cordial and professional. Managing a property like this one has to be hard with so many different tenants but they always showed grace and courtesy anytime I have needed to contact them. The apartments are by far in the top of the Cary area. The location is also amazing with close proximity to literally everything: gym, groceries, doctors, parks, movie, restaurant, pharmacy, etc. Elizabeth and her staff make Cary Greens at Preston a great place to call home! Thank you for helping make my experience great there when I was a resident!"

"It’s horrible living here. Bugs all time. Call them all night for leak and they didn’t answer and when they finally came the water heater busted and flooded our apartment. Elizabeth lost our rent check and talks nasty to tenants. The staff turn over in office is crazy. No one will stay past a month in office because Elizabeth is to busy.Cannot contact anyone for any kind of help. Let’s anyone park in handicap without stickers and Elizabeth solution to problem was to make another space to encourage people who art not handicap to take up what little room was left. If they fire Elizabeth it would be a better place to live."
