"I want to share my experience with the property and the stuff. I am living in the apartment building more than a year, for a year already I can't have my lock fixed. I had the case opened, and all I got was the promise that it was ordered but didn't come. I followed up few times with months breaks but all I got was empty promises. Now coming to he major problem. Whenever I was up to renewal, the prices in the Apartment building went down significantly. When I gave actual examples of exactly same apartments (when I was renting for the first time the both my and those which are the same had the same price) I was told that the prices are changing every day and all other "standard" reasons. When I offered to wait for contract end date and get the actual price - I was told that I will anyway need to evict, so they can do an estimate. Seriously? Obviously nothing has changed and the price of the same apartment remained the same. Significantly lower. Cortland didn't try to negotiate, didn't try to find an alternative. Absolutely not people oriented stuff. They just say no negotiable, period. Please think twice before renewing the contract, if there is a better alternative go for it!"

"We put in an order for a new washer & they came to replace it the next day! Melvin & Austin were quick & efficient! Absolutely phenomenal service! Appreciate them greatly! We have been here for a couple of years now & we have had no problems. The only time we did they fixed it immediately. Great place to live!"

"This apartment complex is magnificent. I was looking for a new place to call "Home" and this was it! The floor space is wonderful and spacious. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and care about our experience. I viewed a lot of apartments in the area and this one caught my eye. They were newly built and have awesome amenities. Top notch gyms with great equipment, nice clean pool, and grilles with tables. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!"
