"Hawthorne at Parkside was a great living experience. As an original resident for 3 years, it is a bitter sweet departure. This place is a mixture of modern living and traditional charm. Throughout my stay, the neighbors were very considerate and cordial. The centrally located amenities are just a breeze walk away. Gym, coffee, lounge, events, etc. There's a lot of dining and entertainment options nearby: Parkside Town Commons has a lot to offer. And it's still growing. Loved the interior scheme of my apartment. The shower pressure and hot water are very nice. The grounds are very walkable for the occasional outdoor break. The staff is both personable and professional. Definitely recommend a tour and/ or stay there."
"All I can say is wow!!! I’ve had unfortunate events happen recently and coming into this office, Samantha greeted me with a smile and led me to the best apartment and set up I could have imagined. It was a wonderful experience. Amenities were great and trash set up was easy. I have two larger dogs and the pricing was manageable for them. Staff also greeted them with a smile when I moved in! Great location and size. You’ll love it here. Period."
"These apartments are overpriced. Most expensive apartments in the area by far. Everything looks nice on the surface and you dearly pay for it. They tried to jack up my rent by $300 so I gave my lease termination notice. Two weeks later they email and call me trying to get me to stay for no rent increase. Generous. Why not offer the appropriate price up front and not be shady? Cheaply made apartments. There is no insulation/noise reduction. These are the loudest apartments I have been in (MA, NY, NC). High ceilings = echoes. The family above me in Building 7000 do not care about their noise. I put in a noise complaint and the office said "a fussy baby lives above you"...cool. Barely any attempt to fix this issue. You will hear EVERY step above you. Trust me do not get a first floor apartment. Valet trash is a joke. I only used it twice (heavy rain). I followed ALL 15 of the rules, it sat there over 3 days. AT&T Fiber is a hassle. You cannot have wired internet. The Wi-Fi drops. If you WFH you cannot depend on a good connection."
