"I love my apartment here! I can’t say enough about the wonderful community. I feel very safe here. The staff is very helpful and polite. The grounds are clean, making it a peaceful place to be. I feel like I’m at home and not just renting an apartment. The residence here make great neighbors. This is truly a wonderful community to live in."

"My experience at this apartment complex has been disappointing from the outset. Upon moving in, the patio was riddled with dog hair and nails, clearly not cleaned. When I requested service, the response was disheartening, claiming that a power wash during inauguration was sufficient, neglecting cleanliness on move-in day. Furthermore, the building stairs are consistently poorly maintained. While they offered a stacked fridge on move-in day for Lenovo employees, no welcoming gestures were extended to others. What's more, the absence of mosquito netting in the apartment unit, with the burden placed on tenants to purchase and install it themselves, was unexpected. For pet lovers, the sidewalks are consistently littered with feces, and there's persistent late-night and early-morning noise disturbances. Despite multiple emails to the management company, replies were only received after personally visiting their office and reminding them. Management consistently defers addressing issues, opting to suggest moving to another unit instead of dealing with noisy neighbors or pet-related problems. One manager even implied, "If you rent a first-floor apartment, what else can you expect?" Furthermore, one of my neighbors was injured due to onsite construction, adding to the list of safety concerns. The pantry offerings advertised were only available until the end of September, leaving tenants misled by false promises. I can only grant one star to the maintenance team who rectified gaps between the wall and balcony door. However, this single positive aspect doesn't outweigh the numerous unresolved issues and disappointments faced here."

As soon as I stepped foot onto Novel Cary I knew we had to lease here! It is a brand new luxury community that offers unique and exceptional amenities and absolutely stunning apartment finishes. This community is a foodie’s dream come true! From the private chef catered meals for residents every Tuesday, to the resident pantry and kitchen in the main lobby, you’ll experience culinary bliss all the way! The staff is also very helpful and a dream to work with! Communication is effective and professionalism is spot on. Ashlyn and Madeline are absolutely awesome! We just leased our second unit at this community and it has been a breeze every step of the way. I can’t recommend Novel Cary enough! If you are looking for luxury, convenience and easy living look no further than Novel Cary! Madeline and Ashlyn will help you make this the best and smoothest moving experience you’ve ever had!"

The saltwater pool is stunning and the star gazing terrace just proves that they go above and beyond to make an exceptional experience for their residents.
