"This apartments is close to shopping area and Davis drive schools, that is USP of this apartments Property management and accounts team are worse no where else you can get that kind of BAD experience When I moved in half the unit doesn’t have power supply with lot of follow-ups they fixed, maintenance of the community, Gym, swimming pool are not good. after moving out they didn’t refund deposit , follow ups on phone , emails , in person attending they don’t care. Once in a while they respond and ask for reconfirming mailing addresses but they don’t refund the deposit"
"** THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND NOT FOR OVERALL COMMUNITY ** We moved in at High House at Cary in mid of 2023 and had a rough start with move-in experience first and then so many open maintenance issues. For the first couple of months, the minor maintenance requests i.e. fixing door, knobs and filters, etc. used to take min 2-3 weeks. However, since Daryl joined the maintenance team in Sept 2023, I have noticed a significant improvement in the quality and efficiency in addressing the maintenance issues. His professionalism and logical approach stand out, and 10 out of 10 times he attends and fixes the issues in a single visit. I believe performance of maintenance team is a reflection of quality of any apartment community and Daryl is trying very hard to improve that experience here and management should take a note of it. Kudos to you Daryl, I hope you continue working here and improve the living experience in this community. Cheers!!"
"I would like to share my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the young lady Alexis Ausborn- Community Manager. I know my family and I (mostly my family) can be nerve racking when it comes to expectations for the community. Alexis has shown a great amount of respect and professionalism through it all. There has been issues in the community in the past but things are slowly getting better. I like how you all have took our concerns into consideration and giving us a place to feel comfortable calling home. My stars are not for past events and mishaps. They are for Alexis and the management team, and for the growth that you all have showed in the community. It has always been a friendly and peaceful environment. Thanks again."

"One big review about the maintenance: 1. the management is so stingy that they only have 2 people to fix everything in the entire apartment complex. If you want to despair while waiting, come and live here. 2. The staff is sour and unfriendly. You can imagine that the workload and salary of 3 dll is frustrating for that person, but it is not the fault of the tenants. If you are the maintenance employee, claim your employer, not the residents. 3. The administration will not solve anything ..... write off everything. This team is not prepared to face the requirements of running an apartment complex that makes a lot of money by the way. Finally, if you live here like me, you surely long for the days when the administration had everything in good order and did their job. If you plan to be a resident, I'll tell you that this year they opened the pool very late and almost as if they didn't want to deal with the responsibility of cleaning and taking care of that area. The court that used to be a tennis court was converted into an area that is not known what it is for and that was damaged by unsupervised children, to which the administration only had the idea of closing. No tennis court for now. Here there are no solutions, only short paths of laziness in this administration."
