"5 Stars! I lived here once and I live here again! Rent has went up but the neighborhood is super quiet. Never see police lights or sirens. Just wish we had a basketball goal/court and didn’t have to ONLY pay by cashier’s check. You can also pay online so that’s a plus!"

"I am leaving after 4 years here, when our lease runs out this coming month. It would have been 5 stars.They wanted to raise our rent 73 dollars a month. Every year you expect a little raise. The highest was last year at 40+ dollars. They are “renovating” other apartments, so that’s why the rent is jacked up. But my apartment is still VERY dated. So basically I’m paying for the other new residents to have nicer things than me. I find that incredibly unfair. Need to take care of the residents who are loyal and don’t cause issues. These apartments are incredibly dated. The appliances are from the 80’s. My husband and I just rented a completely upgraded (hardwoods and stainless steel appliances) apartment off Harris Blvd for less money! Other than this, we have enjoyed it here. The office staff is always accommodating and always there usually the day of an issue. Very clean grounds.. lots of trees. Dog park is great! Pool is a little small for the weekends. But during the week, it’s very quiet and wonderful."
