"Over the past year I have been staying in one hotel after another and when I finally landed in Concord NC and upon finding Affordable Suites I knew this was the place for me. It felt like home. From the interview process to move in Melinda the manager was so friendly and went out of her way to make me and my girls feel welcome. The housekeeping person Mary does a fantastic Job getting the rooms spotless, even the baseboards are clean. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a extended stay hotel to come to one of Affordable Suites locations. You won't regret it"

"If you're in the market for an extended stay, would highly recommend this one. Very spacious room(s), great price and location. The manager Melinda has been awesome. Not only super friendly and hospitable, she also clearly cares very much about guest satisfaction. If my job ever brings me back this way, this place will always be my first choice!"

"The rooms are great but the manager is a control freak. We hadn’t been in the place for longer than a day and started getting call about bringing our property in the room. And when I say property, I mean two totes with food and our four bags. We move All around the country staying in extended stays everywhere we go. I feel like our privacy was invaded as they would go through our things when we were gone on days that weren’t house keeping days. I have ring camera footage this happening. Melinda would just barge into our room whenever we couldn’t make it to the door. Most of the time because we were asleep because we work at night. If you’re looking for someone to constantly be nagging at you for off the wall reasons this is the place for you. If you like to keep to yourself and have privacy like most people I know it’s definitely a no go. I completely understand the rules of extended stay livin but wow. This was a bit much. Felt like a vindictive person watching over my every move."

"If you are going to stay at an extended stay, I was suggest you choose this property. We have been here for 3 months and it’s been amazing. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. When you drive up, immediately you notice the beautiful landscape and the red rocks that seem to stay put. It’s so welcoming and it feels like home. Not to mention, Melinda the property manager puts in overtime to keep the property safe and inviting."
