"Not good. There was an earwig and hair in the bed! Top comforter is stained. The Ice machine doesn’t work, the juice in the morning doesn’t work. The bathroom is Tiny. Save your money and go somewhere else."

"Rooms were clean however the hotel seemed to be a stage of renovation. The elevator inspection certificate was not posted in the elevator like it is supposed to be by law; instead they had a note refering you to the hotel management for inspection details. Hourly security rounds were not done based on the noise levels coming from other rooms at all hours of the night. All in all, corperate needs to do an audit on this property to see if they truely qualify to carry the Sleep Inn moniker."

"Served the purpose. Rooms are showing their age but were clean and we slept really well in the king bed. All staff were helpful and engaging that we encountered."

"Near the race event... awesome. Room had all we needed, bed, bathroom, fridge & microwave. Did it have some issues? Sure, but nothing that was a deal breaker. Comfortable for our needs."

"Can’t rate the interior, but rating as a warning to out of towners planning to stay here after a show or game. Do NOT plan on staying here at the end of your show, even WITH a reservation. We reserved a room months in advance. My family was in town for the Fall Out Boy concert and we stopped in before the show to make sure that our room would be there for us when we were done with the show. This was around 1pm, two hours before check in time, so we were totally fine that they wouldn’t check us in so early but I talked to the lady at the desk and she assured us that our room (again, PRE BOOKED) would be there when we got in around midnight. She took a note and we went to get in line for the show so that we could be there when the gate opened at 2. Cut to midnight and we arrive back at the hotel and are told “yeah, we were overbooked so the rooms were assigned first-come first-served”. I told the night clerk that we were here earlier to ensure this would NOT happen and that i understood that we were too early to check in but we expected the room to be reserved. The night clerk told us that unless the earlier desk person had checked us in we were out of luck. Obviously since we were there so early that wasn’t possible. Then she told us that we could go to their sister location and their room would be “$20 or $30 bucks” and I figure that while it sucks and is inconvenient at least the property owners are making up for the issue and taking care of their customers by offering a discount. We went over to the other hotel and I then found that actually they meant it would only be $20 or $30 *MORE* THAN THE ROOM WE BOOKED in the first place. At this point we tried to find somewhere else to stay because honestly this felt so scammy to me, but, it being 12:45 in the morning we were totally stuck and had to take the room the offered. My wife contacted management after we got home and they were completely unhelpful and all but called her a liar. This was a TERRIBLE hospitality experience, the worst I’ve ever experienced, and was a dark shadow over an otherwise fun family outing. Anyway, don’t stay here, and if you’re stuck with them I guess make sure you check in before you go to your event. But I advise you avoid them based on the poor customer service at the hotel, and terrible management response to a customer complaint."
