"The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time that we stayed, but it was still a nice and pleasant stay. I would definitely say again when I'm in the area. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and the location was nice."

"I am appalled at this hotel, I booked a room for one night in October 2023 and after checking in with Ryan a clerk i took my son who is Autistic swimming he had a meltdown and wanted to go home. I never checked out with the front in hopes to either return or come back in the morning to swim again after he calmed down. I sent nephew and brother-in-law after they were at a movie approx midnight to retrieve any items we may have left...they had my key card and it obviously was still activated because the door opened, but the people the room locked the chain and said it was there room now and that they need to leave. I called and spoke to Ryan and was told if my room was empty, after 11pm they have the right to give it away...THAT IS NOT TRUE! AND HOW DARE HIM... I thought I left my bathing suit in there he said the room was empty... I spoke to Jordan Gardner about getting a refund or gift card or something but because I went through a third party was unwilling to help me. I feel like they gave me the runaround and I can't believe we have used this hotel several times in the past. I am appalled and the way they run their hotel."

"Stayed a week almost at this hotel and loved it. Only thing is, right before I hit a week of staying there, the owner made her distaste evident when she told me that this wasn't some cheap extended stay motel, and that I could stay a week, but after that I had to leave for 2 days. So in order for her to make me leave, she used my service animal as the "excuse" as to why we had to leave. Fast forward a week later, I booked there for one night. Went to check in, and was told upon arrival that due to the review I had just left(that I planned on updating after that booking) that they could no longer accommodate me and they cancelled without notifying me or anything. Surely that's got to be illegal just like it is illegal for owner to discriminate against me because I'm disabled,and furthermore not only that but also laugh in my face when it happened. WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS, THERE HAS TO BE SOME KIND OF POLICIES IN PLACE FOR THINGS SUCH AS THIS?!"

"Room 321, water in shower lukewarm at best. When staying in a hotel you're looking for 2 things... a comfortable bed and a hot shower. Called front desk and am told there is nothing we can do. I'm screwed, cold shower or no shower. Here on business so no shower is not an option. How do they not know it's broken? How do they not have maintenance to fix it. F this place."

"I searched for over an hour for a last minute place to stay. I'm glad I decided to look past Charlotte. I booked with the property at like 11:50pm after I called to make sure we'd be able to check in. Check in closes at 2am. The king suite we had was very nice. Clean room, clean bathroom, clean facilities. The AC in room works great. Hot water and great water pressure in the bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price and is from 6-9:30 Mon-Fri. Hours are different on the weekends. Parking was plentiful. The attendant on duty last night was friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is the bed is kinda hard and the pillows are a bit lumpy. However, I still slept pretty good for a few hours. I love the comforter on the bed though. So soft!"
