Hampton Inn Concord/Kannapolis

"As a long standing Diamond member of Hilton, this is the most dishonest hotel we have ever had to deal with. We were charged double for the same reservation. We went back and forth with Hilton customer service, for over a month. Hilton customer service finally acknowledged that the hotel has overcharged us 1,500, but cannot do anything unless the hotel acknowledges their mistake. Be aware that if there is any billing mistake you are very likely going to have to live with it. This whole experience has even soured us on the whole Hilton brand."

"Ever since 2016, me and my family had been coming to this hotel every time we leave the state of Virginia to see some of our family members in the state of Georgia. The rooms were always clean and the service here was great. Definitely a hotel you should spend the night in. 10/10"

"Team members were GREAT!! But, the interior does not represent the GREAT customer service. The rooms truly need to be remodeled. Curtains used for a door to a closet??????? No iron or ironing board in the room, had to go around and ask for an iron. Floors and corners needs detailed cleaning, especially in the bathrooms. Breakfast meat would of been nice to have as an option for breakfast. Thank you!!"

"This is a very old and tattered hotel. Rooms were musty, dusty, there was actual black filth on the baseboards. Another of our group’s rooms had drywall coming off the wall. Furniture tattered, banged up, just terrible. Looks like they remodeled another hotel and brought all the old furniture to this one. Saw a baby roach in the bathroom upon arrival. No actual closet, just a bar on the window wall with a curtain. The people working there were nice. They deserve to work in a better hotel."
