"If I could give this complex a 0 I would. They are the worst apartment I have ever lived in. My apartment had a flood from my neighbors upstairs, and I had to pay to clean up a mess I did not make, which I paid out of pocket to do. the flood turned my carpet yellow and brown. I ask if they could at least put new carpet in the apartment where it was badly damaged to said no, we only change, carpet when people move out. ypou have to pull teeth to get things done."

"Made a new friend, ms Ruth was very help and after struggling looking for an apt from out of state I ran across her and she was a breath of fresh air. Ms Ruth explained everything to me and took her time. I had many questions and concerns and she answered them all. I told her that I am planning to pick up and start a new life in NC where I don’t know anyone and she wished me luck and said “u have a friend in me” Thanks for your assistance ms Ruth and happy holidays"

"This was where my mom lived for three years. Her apartment was nice. It was in good condition. There was no issue withmy mom making noise but grandchildren or great grandchildren are going to annoy neighbors even if they aren't being loud. The down sides of this complex are that you will hear the neighbors if you are on the lower floors. The rent goes up more than it should. There were a couple repairs that were necessary. They were completed in a .timely manner. The only thing they wouldn't fix was the dishwasher that had a terrible mold problem. We got back the entire deposit when sheoved out. No charges for wear and tear or damage."

"Living here for nine months, as far as management and maintenance goes had a great experience, but this is a family friendly three floor complex with absolutely no insulation, so electric is high and so is the noise, living in the second floor my apatment is constantly vibrating from doors closing in neighboring apartments or just neighbors living period. Mayor draw back couldn't even have company over. Little to say will not be renewing my lease.."

"This complex is run by a management company call Gem Management Co. I've lived here for 3 years and highly do not recommend it. Within these 3 years that I've been here they have had almost 10 manager changed. Most were fired or just quit because they were doing the right thing to served a tenant needs. Anything that's going to cost the complex $$$ they didn't want to hear it. This company fail to properly provide services for many years to a tenant that complaint about health issues that exist in the complex after it was reported to them and each time they would brush it off time after time leaving our family with unsafe health and living conditions for 3 plus years. We also found out from their previous employee that many times they would do things under the rug just to pass state and federal yearly inspections and do it all over again each year. They have a yearly re-certification which means they will stick their nosessy business noses into your personal life, documents and any financial accounts you have open out there. I've had to provide more documents here than I had to to purchase a house. I guarantee you will regret it if you move here just as I did. And when you are ready to move out you better have some cash ready to pay for all normal wear and tear that they fix or replace to have the unit ready for the next tenants to scams them with. See the photos. Pictures don't lie. These are the living conditions that they provide and are trying to hide from you. Don't be fool. Save your time, money, self respect and run. please."
