"The manager Sandra Warren falsely accused me of being a trouble maker and Drug Dealer because I complained that my light bill from when I moved in ( 10/8/22) to ( 3-30-23) was $684.00 and arrears of $150.00. I informed her that I would secure an attorney to look into the matter. I received (3) ten day notices to move as a result. There is no such thing legally. thing.tlegally"

"While we lived here for 5 years through three apartments and a new property management company we loved the staff and the grounds of this apartment complex. Although the apartments are severely outdated. Dish washers from 1995. The buildings need work roofs need to be replaced . Typical maintenance for the company and owners . The prices were affordable when the company before morgan properties took over and then the prices started to increase. For someone who lived here for 5 years and the rates to continue to increase . This is what turned me off about continuing to live here. We come upon a place for our family that cut our living expenses 1100$ a month. So we had to take it. We enjoyed being here while it lasted. Its was definitely time to go and we will miss our neighbors below us !!!"

"UPDATE 2023 I still adore living here a year later. Safe and clean place to live. Sandy and Lisa are so understanding and will attend to any questions or concerns. Would recommend to live. I adore living here. It’s quiet and a great place to raise a family. The kitchen are a little outdated honestly but was welcomed with a New stainless steel refrigerator. "Me and my wife moved in with our 5 month old and the welcome from both the front office, as well the other residents has been wonderful. They will help you figure out where you want to be and when you want to be there. If there is any issues just ask they take care of you then and there."

"It's been almost a year since I moved here. The property managers Sandra and Lisa made the application and move process as simple as counting to 10 and saying your abc's. When I call them the first to inquire about a listing for a 1 bedroom to confirm the validity of the price, they were so kind enough to confirm it and even knocked off an extra few dollars. When I applied and submitted my application, the posting was taken down about 2 hours later, so I took it as a sign of good luck. within less than 48 hours I got approved. As my stay here is about to reach it's since I'm moving out of state, I want to say that it has been very peaceful here and it's a very safe neighborhood. It's quiet too. Also waking up every morning to see the ducks swimming every morning in the pond, especially on a sunny day along with the turtles is a sight to see. If you're looking for a place or environment to unwind, relax and recuperate your mind, body and, spirit, then this is the place."
