"My husband went and bought two hats. One for himself and one for our son. He attempted to return them the next day (they weren’t used) and he also had the receipt. The young man that assisted him told him that they could not be returned and was VERY rude. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office with this store. Do not shop there!"

"Fraudulent Charges BEWARE!!!! We went to purchase a Saints T-Shirt for the Saints VS. Panthers game. When we went to check out my card ending in 3355 was charged $29.96. The employee then said it didn't go through and he needed to swipe my card again which denied the second charge due to bank security it flagged as a fraudulent charge. The young man proceeded to call the manager on duty over and he basically stated he needed to charge me again because it didn't reflect on their end. I would like to point out both young men on duty were professional and provided excellent customer service. They have NEVER refunded me or offered any resolution and I am now filing a complaint with the BBB and consumer affairs."

"Rude staff. Didn’t get a name but the guy with long brown hair was awful. We waited for a few minutes and kindly asked about getting a hat. He proceeded to snatch hats, slam a whole pile of hats on the counter, only spoke very short one word responses and we could barely hear his mumbling. He wasn’t even attempting to help us in any way and was clearly inconvenienced by our presence. This was an hour and a half before closing on a Friday night. I understand people have rough days but customer service is top priority while at work and we weren’t being difficulty simply asked if they had time to stitch a hat and if they had a certain size in stock. Very disappointed."

"DISCRIMINATION! I went to this lids just to return a hat that didn’t match shoes that I had and the Lady Liz told me she couldn’t take the hat because it “look dirty” . I proceeded and asked show me where it is dirty and she said it doesn’t matter our store it’s too high of quality to take the hat that is dirty. So I had to return it all the way on the other side of town. That was crazy I never experienced that before. They lost a customer in me for sure !"
