"This review is for the Rack Room in Kannapolis Concord area by Target. Went to the store today and the workers had a bad attitude and were not helpful at all. All the boys and girls shoes mixed together. So I could not find what I was looking for. When I did find something I wanted they did not have it in my child’s size. We would look for a shoe and shoe boxes in the same area was not for the shoe displayed but others. So all the boxes was mixed up."

Much more in quality and variety than you would expect from the outside, particularly in their boot selection! Decent deals can be found here. Pro Parking Tip: Take care parking in the small lot in front of this place. Lots of people love cutting through here or try to back into parking spaces when they clearly don't have the ability to back their car into a space. Be patient and mindful. Seen far too many cars dinged or rubbed up against with people in a hurry in this little parking lot section."

"Great selection, clean and organized store. Excellent customer service. I bought shoes for back to school for my granddaughter, yet knew nothing about her size or what styles were popular this year. Kasey, the assistant manager, went above and beyond. We ended up buying four brands, and Kasey made sure the size difference across brands fit our Janie just right. We were doted on like we were in an upscale boutique and not a strip mall shoe store. Highly recommend."
