"No one answers the phone. I went there to go pick up an order at 5pm on a weekday and the store was closed. It would have been nice to know before making the drive there. If they were at lunch, a sign at the door would be good too."

"I stopped in here for one item in particular and asked the girl behind the counter where it would be in the store. She pointed to the most unorganized pile of panties and said somewhere in there. I had already seen this when I walked in and prayed it was a clearance bin or something but nope, that’s literally how they expect you to find these $12 panties. Maybe I’m spoiled with the organization of Victoria Secret but after looking at this mess of the overpriced underwear pile, I just walked back out and went to Victoria secret. This isn’t a review to talk badly on Aerie but I do think they should work harder on the underwear displays. I probably would’ve bought 5 pair/over $100 on the mom high cut underwear (these aren’t included in the underwear deals) but I couldn’t bring myself to rummage through a bin. What a mess."
