"If I could I would give this store 0 stars for their Customer Service. The store provides false advertisement based on sales. Today I went into the store to purchase items and the sign clearly stated that the “Entire Store 50% off”, but when I came to the register I was advised that’s incorrect. When I asked Taylor, the Store Manager to honor what the sign said she said she could not. Secondly, I came into the Store a store Representative advised that she would be able to return the item and provide store credit but when Taylor, The Store Manager was at the register she advised that she could not. How ironic was this?? Taylor, The Store Manager then became very rude and made comments such as, “You can leave” and began to roll her eyes and smirk when I advised her that her Customer Service was horrible. When I asked for her Manager Taylor advised, “My Manager is out of the office.” When I requested the Corporate Office information Taylor rudely slammed the notebook on the counter and yelled, “You can find it in there”. Taylor should be terminated for this horrible Customer Service. I will be contacting the Corporate Office."
