"I shop at Burlington all the time I have five kids it is very affordable I love this store! However, my latest interaction with the manager CARLI has made me decide not to shop at this location again! It was the WORST experience ever! Bad attitude, horrible customer service from her poor leadership skills (the poor cashier ) it was awful Shoppers BEWARE…. Go to a different location!"

"Laughably bad service. The girl ringing us up made us feel like we had a absolutely ruined her day by shopping there. We were hoping to purchase a purse that was locked up with a security rope. The cashier contacted the manager on duty who showed up after around ten minutes and told us she would find an employee to help us. This employee proceeded to tell us the actual store manager has the keys for the security rope and that we can't buy the purse. Disappointed to say the least. I know it's not the best paying job and it can be stressful particularly during the holiday season but come on. You can do better than that."

"Update August 26, 2023. - Front registers are closed. They will be open around Christmas. They added a two layer maze to reduce the appearance of a long line. Now, I was still in line for 15 to 20 minutes. Short and sweet. They move the registers to the back and closed the front registers. Take a look at the line!!! I have a video of the line and once I figure out how to load it up, I will update this post."

"As I mentioned before, last year I was traveling all over the United States and visited hundreds of places, including a dozen Burligntons in different states and I can say that this was the biggest one I've been to and there were many! Don't be surprised not to find as much quality here and more volume of stuff. For example, I was looking for a short-sleeved shirt that I found in another very small one that is close to my house and in this store, which is five times bigger, I didn't find what I wanted, I was sad. I found some blazers very beautiful and with a very attractive price, but they didn't have them in my size, I was a little sad but nothing out of the ordinary for this type of store."

"Impression clean, most aisles were clear. Staff was seen working hard to get things back in order. 3 registers open so wait was less than 5 min. Spoke to manager on getting a discount on a piece that was broken. She was helpful and polite but discount just wasn't enough to justify purchase."
