"Yo! It’s expensive there. Just have your pocketbook or wallet ready. However, they have an exceptional collection. And the workers there are warm, friendly and welcoming. Which is what a company should thrive for their workers to be like."

"Men's Wearhouse obviously doesn't care about the complete lack of customer service at this location. The girl at the front desk said hi as I came in, but that was it. I browsed suits for 20 min and the girl at the front and the two gentlemen at the desk in the back just sat and looked at their phones the entire 20 minutes. This has clearly been an ongoing issue they don't care to resolve. Go elsewhere. Even the lady at Brooks Brothers tried very hard to be helpful as the only one there and not knowing a ton about suits."

"My wife "rented" what was supposed to be pants and a shirt but we could only return the shirt because they didn't have her size in the pants she needed for the wedding she was in so they had to be altered for an additional fee. They never mentioned this made them ineligible for return, that would have been nice to know since we were under a different impression I could've just used hem tape for free. That felt like a setup. All in all it was a decent experience the staff was friendly and the service was quick. They provide the hem service for the pants and they were ready the day they were supposed to be."

"Came by to see if they had a certain sport coat. Browsed area. Waited for 10-15 min for someone to acknowledge my presence. No-one said hi or give them a min and the would help. Oh well. Maybe others will have better luck."

"Went in this store looking for shirts and thought no one was there working as I browsed for 10 minutes. Once I made my way to the back there were two employees sitting down using their phones. They were polite but literally never even got up."
